This page is a simplified version of our Terms & Conditions and specific to the purchases made on the Stephane Loustalot Photography website.
Purchasing a Product
To facilitate your experience Stephane Loustalot Photography website displays in house and third party products.
On our website, shopping transactions (basket and payment) use the PayPal system where users can purchase products using a valid credit card or the PayPal system.
You do not have to be registered to purchase a product.
The price you pay is fixed at the time of ordering.
If you change your mind after purchasing a product on our website and before it has been sent to you, you can contact us and we will endeavor to cancel and refund your order. To avoid disappointment we advise to contact us no latter than 12 hours after purchase as most orders are ship within a 24 hours window. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund third party fees we may be charged (such as, but not limited to, credit card fees).
You may not cancel an order once it has been shipped.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product delivery address is correct. Stephane Loustalot Photography takes no responsibility for any product a customer does not receive because of errors in the delivery address given to us.

Purchases made on Stephane Loustalot Photography website can be returned within 15 days from the purchase date or for the limited editions from the delivery date as they take longer to be shipped.
Before sending back your purchase use the contact form to inform us of your intention. We will acknowledge your intention and receipt of your return. We will confirm your refund after inspection of the return goods. Return costs of non faulty goods will be at the charge of the customer as well as returns damaged during transportation or delivery. We advise our customers to get the proper insurance cover on return goods (default insurance cover from postal services vary from one country to another and we cannot advise here).

Delivery will be facilitated pursuant to the customer’s instructions by postal or courier service and will be paid for by the customer at the price indicated at the time of purchase. Unless free shipping, we will charge shipping charges to the customer which will vary depending upon the size and price of the product.
If a product is delivered to a customer, whether in electronic or printed format, that is electronically or physically damaged in some way (for example, a file does not download, or there are loose or torn pages in a book) Stephane Loustalot Photography will happily issue a replacement copy of the product after receiving reasonable proof of that damage.
If you receive a damaged product, then you must contact us within 10 days of receipt to tell us about the nature of the damage and to arrange for a new product to be sent to you at no cost to you. We may require you to return the product as a condition to arranging for a new product or other remedy. You will bear the direct cost of returning the product.
